Remembering the German division and the victims of the Berlin Wall is an essential part of our event 100MeilenBerlin – The Wall Race. This year we honour Dieter Wohlfahrt, who was shot dead as an escape aide on 9 December 1961 in Staaken. At the memorial, we want to pause for a moment and remember him. You will find small cards in the starter bags and we would be happy if you write down your thoughts and bring them to the wall at the memorial site. After the event, we will post your thoughts on our website.
