The Berlin Wall Race: 100 miles following the traces of German history

From 2011 on, the Berlin Wall Race commemorates the victims of the former border, which separated Germany between 1961 and 1989. The course follows the former border strip, that makes a little over 161 kilometers around western Berlin. Patron is the former GDR civil-rights activist Rainer Eppelmann.

In 2025 the Berlin wall race will take place on the 16th and 17th of August. The running direction was this year clockwise. Registration will open on November 9th 6:57pm (European Time). You can register online via our partner race result germany.
